01 THE PROBLEM

Most students don’t struggle because they can’t handle the reading list.

They struggle because no one tells them what to do when they freeze.

The transition to university or a career is the first time in a young adult's life where nobody is coming to save them, nobody is checking if they made it to the lecture, and asking for help feels like admitting you don't belong here in the first place.

02 THE PROGRAM

Life & school rarely go to plan. Train for what happens next.

Grey Area’s proprietary mental performance system builds the adaptability students need to mentally reset before one mistake becomes five.

01Lecture

Why theoretical resilience breaks down under pressure and uncertainty. We'll explain how to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

02Workshop Programme

6- or 12-week weekly class on where students train Grey Area’s proprietary recovery system for mistakes, pressure, and uncertainty inside and outside the classroom.

  • Focus under pressure and uncertainty
  • Bouncing back from critiques & feedback
  • Quick mental recovery after making a mistake
  • Overcoming fear of rejection and failure
  • Engaging in collaboration & support
Hybrid delivery: In-person and remote sessions.

03 THE INVESTMENT

Select the transition
